San Francisco Recreation and Parks Departments hired the construction team lead by LC General Engineering and Construction, Inc. to fabricate and install various wayfinding signage in San Francisco’s premier open space destination, Golden Gate Park. Millions of visitors use this park annually and at the time, the wayfinding signage was decades-old and outdated. The Priority Architectural Graphics team walked many miles in the park angling and positioning the newly designed wayfinding map locations to suit the individual locations. The final Golden Gate Park maps were all fabricated from porcelain enameled steel panels.
