Sunnydale HOPE SF is a transformative initiative aimed at revitalizing San Francisco’s Visitacion Valley neighborhood by replacing outdated public housing with a vibrant, mixed-income community. As part of this ambitious redevelopment, Block 6 introduces 167 new affordable housing units, thoughtfully designed to accommodate families of various sizes. The development features a landscaped central courtyard, providing residents with a serene communal space, alongside amenities such as community rooms, laundry facilities, and property management offices. This project demonstrates a commitment to fostering a supportive and interconnected neighborhood environment.
Priority Architectural Graphics played an integral role in the success of the Sunnydale HOPE SF Block 6 project by delivering a comprehensive signage solution that enhances both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Collaborating closely with development stakeholders, Priority ensured consistency in signage throughout the various phases of this extensive, multi-year endeavor.
