These four series save housing clients valuable time and dollars and ensure consistency and predictability in the fabrication, delivery, and installation of ADA, TCO and Wayfinding signage. Manufacturing cost savings are then passed on to clients in PLUS Series pricing.
The Priority PLUS Signage Series includes four elegant design concepts (Coastal, Presidio, Hayes Valley, and TCO) anchored in San Francisco’s legacy of creativity and innovation. Manufactured in plywood, acrylic, and modified acrylic, each series allows for rapid online ordering of customization of premade, templatized signs with options for copy and numeration customization and choice of color. Leveraging UV-based 3D print technology for copy, braille and graphics and using Pantone contrasting ink colors, Priority PLUS signage is fully ADA and CBC compliant. Installation can be as simple as direct to surface using double sided tape or adhesives.
Coastal Series
Relaxed and laid-back vibrations are brought indoors. Our Coastal Series of signs fit well in spaces that are complemented with tile, wicker, fiber, rattan, and other natural finishes. Signs from this series provide a nice texture to showcase on your walls that invite residents into a calming space, infusing elements of the coast and the beach. The Coastal Series is built using natural veneer plywood. The face of the signs is printed using durable UV ink. The ink floats on the surface of the plywood substrate and allows the natural beauty of the grain to come through.
The Coastal Series comes in three printed background color themes: Midnight colors featuring dramatic deep blues and black, Sunset colors featuring relaxing orange and coral, and Beach colors featuring cool blues. All copy, braille and graphics are printed using a durable UV based 3D print technology. Copy is printed in warm Pantone contrasting ink colors to ensure ADA and CBC compliancy.
The Coastal Series can be installed directly to the surface with double sided tape and silicone adhesive. The signs are naturally light and can be held to walls without needing blocking or reinforcement. For a subtle stand off from the wall, we recommend a 1/8” acrylic backplate that is held back from the perimeter of the sign, providing an attractive dimensional feature.
Hayes Valley Series
Urban ruggedness can be brought indoors to a refined living space. Our Hayes Valley Series of signs fit well in spaces complemented with leather, suede, strong wood and earthy finishes. Signs from this series provide a nice texture to showcase on your walls yet are not too rustic. We bring elements of outdoor sensibilities into quiet urban spaces. Our durable woodgrain-naturals series is made from a modified acrylic product. The face of the signs is molded to match the texture of a strong woodgrain. The series is nature inspired, yet highly durable and can be wiped or scrubbed down without fear of damaging the surface. Signage has the textural look and feel of wood, but the durability and resiliency of a plastic surface.

The signs are naturally light and can be held to walls without needing blocking or reinforcement. Presidio Series
Modern and elegant lines recede into the background quietly. Our Presidio Series of signs fit well in spaces that are complemented with glass, brass, stainless steel, bronze and other luxe finishes. Signs from this series provide a simple yet clean and elegant option for your walls. We bring highly functional signage into your practical, yet modern space. Our Presidio line is fabricated from acrylic with a velvet finish and metal accents. The metal accents are hand-grained and inset to the face of the sign.
The series is offered in the neutral background colors of white and black. The metal accents are offered in brushed aluminum, copper and brass. Between the velvet background colors and the metal accent trim finishes, a sign finish combination can be created to fit virtually any space. TCO Series
Pragmatism and speed drive the design and specifications of our TCO series. Our clients often need to get to and through critical inspections to receive their occupancy permits. After arduous construction processes, signage should never be the reason for hold ups or delays. Our TCO series is designed for efficiency and results.
Our TCO Series is made from frosted acrylic sheeting. The face has a velvet appearance and is non-glare to ensure excellent readability. The series comes in two stock background colors: Black and White. Clear acrylic and can be custom back painted to match any Pantone or paint color specification. All copy, braille and graphics are printed using a durable UV based 3D print technology. Copy is printed in warm, Pantone colors with contrasting inks to ensure ADA and CBC compliancy.
