The building offers 203 affordable homes tailored for individuals and families with low to moderate incomes. Residents benefit from a range of amenities, including two community rooms, two outdoor terraces, indoor bike parking, and a ground-floor space dedicated to community-serving purposes. These features foster a supportive and engaging environment, enhancing the quality of urban living for its inhabitants.

Priority Architectural Graphics played a crucial role in the 921 Howard Street project by delivering a comprehensive signage solution that seamlessly integrates with the building’s design and functionality. Collaborating closely with the project team, Priority designed, fabricated, and installed high-quality architectural signage that enhances wayfinding and contributes to the building’s aesthetic appeal.
