The Southeast Family Health Center provided care for all ages and services members of the Bayview Hunter’s Point Community. Services include primary care, dental care, pediatrics and geriatrics among many others. This signage project’s scope of work consisted of exterior identity, interior code, life safety and wayfinding signage.
