Founded in 1995 by CEO Juliana Choy Sommer, Priority Architectural Graphics was created out of her passion for excellence, a “best in class” solution for general contractors, developers and construction companies seeking quality, reliability, timeliness and ease of working relationships with their signage partners.

Today, the company manages large exterior and interior commercial signage projects for high-profile Bay Area commercial real estate developments including those at the Chase Center, San Francisco International Airport, Pier 70, Mission Rock, Treasure Island, the Flower Mart and 5M among others.

In 2018, Priority Graphics was honored as San Francisco’s nominee for California Small Business Day 2018. In 2020 and 2021, Priority Architectural Graphics was listed by the San Francisco Business Times on its Fast100 List as one of the fastest growing private companies in the Bay Area. In April 2021, the company was awarded “Minority Enterprise Business of the Year” by ASIAN Inc. In May 2021, the company acquired VKK Signmakers, enabling Priority Architectural Graphics to expand into new segments in technology and healthcare, enlarge its geographic footprint into the South Bay and Silicon Valley and add a 10,000 Redwood City production facility to the company’s 8,000 square foot headquarters in San Francisco.
