The Canyon: Mission Rock Parcel A

The Canyon is part of the 28-acre master plan by Mission Rock Partners, a joint venture with the San Francisco Giants and Tishman Speyer. As San Francisco Mission Rock’s first residential property, The Canyon offers thoughtfully designed rental homes, modern amenities, and communal areas in a new neighborood. The devlopment features 283 apartments, including 102 affordable units. It is the tallest building to open in San Francisco in 2023.
