In the heart of San Francisco’s Mission Bay, 1450 Owens stands as a new hub for life sciences and innovation. With its modern architecture and prime location, the building needed a monument sign that would not only establish its presence but also provide a dynamic space for future tenants to showcase their brands.

The challenge was clear: design a sign that would anchor the building’s identity, attract visitors, and remain flexible for evolving tenant needs. Priority Graphics partnered with Designer PUBLIC and Truebeck Construction to bring this vision to life.

The monument sign seamlessly integrates with the surrounding architecture, creating a bold yet sophisticated statement at the building’s entrance. By Fall 2024, the completed monument sign was installed, successfully transforming the entry experience for the building in the growing Mission Bay life science district.

This project is a testament to Priority Graphics’ ability to deliver architectural signage that blends aesthetics with function, ensuring that every detail contributes to a lasting impression.
