The Burlingame Community Center, a vibrant two-story facility spanning approximately 35,700 square feet, serves as a central gathering place for the community of Burlingame, California.  In 2022, Priority Architectural Graphics partnered with Group 4 Architecture and BHM Construction to deliver a comprehensive signage package that brought both function and aesthetic cohesion to the newly developed space. From the exterior to the interior, Priority’s involvement enhanced the overall user experience of the center. The team designed and fabricated prominent exterior identity signage that warmly welcomes visitors while reflecting the modern, community-focused spirit of the building. Inside, Priority ensured the seamless integration of code-compliant signage that meets accessibility and safety standards, helping to create an inclusive and secure environment for all.

In addition to life safety signage that supports emergency preparedness, Priority’s wayfinding solutions were carefully fabricated to make navigation intuitive throughout the facility. Our collaborative approach made Priority Architectural Graphics an ideal signage partner for a public project of this scale and importance. The Burlingame Community Center now stands as a physical landmark of thoughtful design.
