St. Joseph’s Senior Apartments is an ambitious development led by Bridge Housing in Oakland, CA. The development retrofitted a beautiful five story brick masonry Georgian Revival building built in 1913. The signage, designed by Argus did not disrupt the architecture. Rather, it provided clear wayfinding and code information in a clean and classical style.
