The Canyon is part of the 28-acre master plan by Mission Rock Partners, a joint venture with the San Francisco Giants and Tishman Speyer. As San Francisco Mission Rock’s first residential housing property, The Canyon offers thoughtfully designed rental homes, modern amenities, and communal areas in a new neighborhood. The development features 283 apartments, including 102 affordable units. It is the tallest building to open in San Francisco in 2023. Priority Architectural Graphics collaborated with the design and ownership team to ensure the elevated signage package represented the flavor of this newly developed residential and commercial community.
